I don't mean IMPOUND (which gets returned). If the driver is afraid of losing their nice new car, they would think twice before planning to go drinking. And if they didn't think and drove drunk, that would be the last mistake because they would NOT have a car to do it in again. Good Luck... Confiscate the car on first offense.
